Dishwasher
We are seeking a reliable, hardworking Dishwasher to join our kitchen team. As an essential part of our operation, you will help maintain the highest standards of cleanliness, organization, and sanitation to support a fast-paced, high-end dining environment.
Responsibilities:
- Wash and sanitize dishes, glassware, utensils, cookware, and kitchen equipment promptly and efficiently.
- Keep the dishwashing area clean, organized, and stocked with cleaning supplies.
- Maintain cleanliness of kitchen floors, garbage and recycling areas, and other back-of-house workspaces.
- Assist with receiving, storing, and organizing deliveries as needed.
- Support the kitchen team with basic prep and cleaning tasks when required.
- Follow all food safety, sanitation, and workplace health and safety standards.
- Work collaboratively with the culinary and service teams to ensure smooth restaurant operations.
Qualifications:
- Strong work ethic and positive attitude.
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent attention to cleanliness and organization.
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 50 lbs.
- Flexible availability, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
- Previous restaurant experience is an asset but not required.
