Job Description
We are looking for a detail-oriented Estate & Downsizing Sorter to evaluate, organize, and sort household items, antiques, collectibles, and other contents for auction, donation, or disposal. Auction experience is a plus, but we can train the right candidate with the natural skills for this work.
Key Responsibilities
- Evaluate and sort household contents to identify items for auction, donation, or disposal.
- Prepare items for auction, including cataloguing (app on smart phone), descriptions, and presentation.
- Sort items via donation, or disposal channels.
- Work independently or as part of a team, managing time efficiently.
Qualifications & Skills
- Strong attention to detail and organization.
- Ability to listen to detailed instructions and execute.
- Physically capable of lifting and organizing household items.
- Knowledge of antiques and/or resale experience is a plus but not required.
- Adaptable, reliable, and professional with clients and team members.
- Good communication skills
- Valid driver’s license and access to a vehicle is a plus.

Pay: From $20.00 per hour
