Manager, Agency Operations - 18mth Contract

We are looking for a Manager, Agency Operations, who will help plan and execute integrated marketing campaigns with both leadership skills and an attention to detail. This role will serve as the primary point of contact between our agency and marketing teams, representing the interests of each group to ensure campaigns are delivered and objectives are met. The ideal candidate will be a problem-solver with experience leading creative and client teams through marketing projects.
The Manager, Agency Operations will report to the Sr. Manager, Agency Operations and support our retail portfolios.
Serve as the key liaison and trusted partner between Brand Partners and agency teams, building strong relationships and ensuring alignment on business objectives, priorities, expectations, and deliverables.
Lead projects and integrated campaigns from intake through delivery, developing project plans, workback schedules, key milestones, stakeholder reviews, approvals, and delivery timelines.
Partner closely with cross-functional teams including strategy, creative, production, media, and operations to ensure seamless execution and high-quality work.
Proactively manage Brand Partner expectations, project scope, timelines, risks, and changing priorities, identifying solutions and escalating issues when required.
Drive accountability across project teams, ensuring roles, responsibilities, dependencies, and deliverables are clearly understood and commitments are met.
Represent assigned accounts and projects in regular intake, resourcing, status, forecasting, and reconciliation meetings, providing clear visibility into priorities, progress, risks, and next steps.
Develop and maintain key campaign and account documentation, including executional briefs, status updates, traffic sheets, asset matrices, meeting documentation, and other materials required for successful delivery.
Partner with the broader Agency Operations team to forecast, track, and reconcile agency fees and production costs, maintaining visibility into account financials.
