What You’ll Do
- Read blueprints and install or service commercial HVAC systems
- Perform routine preventative maintenance and system inspections
- Troubleshoot, repair, and replace worn or defective parts
- Install electrical controls and verify proper operation
- Respond to emergency service requests promptly and professionally
- Collaborate with the team and deliver excellent customer service
You’ll work across commercial job sites and interact with clients directly — we value technicians who take pride in their craft.
What We’re Looking For
- Have, or are working toward your 313A Red Seal License
- G2 Gas License
- Strong background in commercial and industrial HVAC projects
- Solid electrical and plumbing skills for HVAC system installation
- Understanding of workplace hazards and safety precautions
- Valid driver’s license with clean abstract
- Must be bondable
- Dedication to professional growth and staying current with industry advancements
- Strong problem-solving and critical thinking skills
- Professional presence and excellent communication abilities
- Commitment to delivering top-tier customer service
- Willingness to work on call, and some weekends on a rotating schedule
