- Assist in developing manuscripts focused on research dissemination, mental
health, and other patient-centered outcomes
- Collaborate with patient partners to ensure research activities and materials
reflect patient priorities and perspectives
- Support the co-development of patient-facing resources (e.g., plain-language
summaries, tools, and communications)
- Participate in meetings with patient advisors and contribute to discussions on
study design and dissemination
- Support dissemination activities, including newsletters, social media content, and
other outreach efforts
- Maintain and update website content including adding new pages, editing
existing content, and ensuring accuracy of information
- Connect with research participants through phone outreach
- Respond to participant inquiries (voicemail and email) and provide timely,
solution-oriented support
- Monitor and document participant progress using an online tracking system
The candidate must meet the following qualifications:
- Degree in epidemiology, public health, health sciences, psychology or related
field with strong academic record
- Good interpersonal skills and strong capacity for teamwork
- Excellent organizational, communication, and time-management skills
- Initiative and flexibility
- Able to work in English and French would be ideal
- A two-year commitment is strongly preferred as it supports continuity for the team
and allows the successful candidate the opportunity to gain meaningful experience to
support career development.
Salary: To be determined based on institutional guidelines and candidate experience.
