We are looking for an experienced painter/ janitor to live-in and take care of 30-unit apartment building in Parc Extension, Montreal.
20 hours per week / Minor repairs and painting, etc.
Free apartment offered as compensation
Non-smoker, no criminal record, no pets, must speak English, painter experience required
