We are a fast-growing metal roofing company expanding across Canada.
We’re looking for driven, competitive phone sales representatives who want to earn strong income in a performance-based environment.
This role is ideal for someone confident on the phone, disciplined with follow-ups and, motivated by commission. This is a performance-driven role with strong income potential for the right candidate.
What you'll be doing:
- Contact and manage marketing - qualified leads (homeowners or contractors who have requested quotes)
- Calculate project pricing based on roof size and specifications using online tools
- Present roofing solutions in a logical an concise manner over the phone
- Follow up consistently via calls, emails and text messages
- Guide the clients through the entire process from first quote to installation
- Coordinate with our project managers to ensure a smooth schedule
What we're looking for:
- Comfortable with making a large volume of phone calls
- Strong communication skills and objection handling
- Organized and detail-oriented
- Self-motivated and good work drive
- Sales or construction experience preferred but not required
Compensation:
- $18/hour base pay
- 5% Commission on each closed sale
- Full project value ranges from $5,000 - $30,000+
- High income potential for high performers (strong performers have the potential to earn $100,000+ annually)
