The Vendor Maintenance Coordinator is responsible for data entry and maintenance of all new and existing vendors .

What you’ll do
Perform new vendor setup and changes within PeopleSoft 8.9/9.2 and IMS
Ensure that vendor maintenance and other related key control activities are completed on time, accurately, and in compliance with departmental policies
Administer the documentation management and retention to support vendor setups on a weekly and monthly basis
Perform ad hoc analysis on vendor setups as required

What you bring
University degree or College diploma in Finance/Accounting or business related discipline
2+ years of working in a finance/accounting role
Solid understanding of vendor attributes and setup parameters
Strong financial acumen in order to quickly learn and understand the logic behind vendor maintenance
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills are required in order to work effectively with internal Canadian Tire stakeholders
Strong organizational and time management skills
Able to work with minimal supervision and work well under pressure with tight time constraints in a dynamic and ever changing work environment
Working knowledge of PeopleSoft and IMS is considered an asset
