WHAT YOU’LL DO
Keep Orders Moving

Coordinate and process customer orders efficiently, ensuring accuracy from entry through shipment.

Track availability, allocate product, and keep orders on schedule.
Deliver a Strong Customer Experience

Build relationships with customers by responding quickly and solving issues with care and clarity.

Share updates on order and shipment status to keep customers informed and confident.
Connect Teams and Solve Problems

Partner with sales, logistics, and internal teams to manage order issues, lead times, and special requirements.

Troubleshoot challenges and follow through to resolution.
Keep Things Clear and Compliant

Prepare and maintain accurate documentation for domestic and export orders.

Support reporting and continuous improvement of customer care processes.
WHAT YOU’LL BRING

3+ years of experience in customer service, supply chain, or a related role.

Strong working knowledge of order management, logistics, or inventory processes.

Proficiency with MS Office and data entry systems (ERP/CRM experience is an asset).

Clear communication skills and a collaborative, customer-first approach.

Strong attention to detail with the ability to manage multiple priorities.

Experience with export documentation or additional languages is a bonus.
