Libro has an opening for a passionately accountable Full-time Financial Service Representative within our Stratford Branch , focusing on key activities related to the attraction, maintenance and coaching of Owners within a shared branch portfolio. Responsible for working closely with all sales staff to identify and refer opportunities within all segments. To build and foster long-term full relationships with Owners. Support and service responsibilities consist of full knowledge of day-to-day front line service combined with segment specific support to sales staff – Could you be Libro?
This position will work a Tuesday - Saturday rotation (37.5 hours per week).
The Epic Human we are looking for will:
Role is universal in nature. Responsible for a mix of duties including transactional, administrative and support, as well as proactive and Owner facing conversations and service
Fully capable and proficient in day-to-day front line service activities including front line transactions, service by phone, opening of new accounts and ongoing account maintenance
As part of a team, coach, service, and foster long-term relationships and refer business to segment specialists where appropriate
Responsible for segment specific support to retail & wealth sales staff
Owner needs are given priority
Process transactions in an efficient and accurate manner
Participate in identifying possible services to Owners at every opportunity
As part of team, participate in community events, business development, and branch campaigns in order to build the Libro brand within the community
Meet the goals and targets set out for this position
Monitor risk areas including both deposit and loan risk areas
Operate a cash recycler as required
Maintain accurate files and accurate documents and manage monthly reports
Meet the compliance of established policy, procedures and processes
Be fully conversant on all products and services. Good knowledge in the area of retail lending or investments with the ability to provide reliable information and advice to Owners
Hold a diploma or some business courses or related studies with experience in a financial institution
Work experience of 1-3 years with customer service experience would be an asset
