We are seeking a reliable and hardworking Exhaust Cleaner to perform professional cleaning and maintenance of commercial kitchen exhaust systems. The role involves cleaning exhaust hoods, filters, ducts, fans, and related equipment to remove grease and buildup while following workplace safety and cleaning procedures.

Clean commercial kitchen exhaust hoods, filters, ducts, fans, and ventilation systems.

Remove grease, dirt, carbon, and other buildup from exhaust systems.

Use pressure-washing equipment, scrapers, degreasers, and other cleaning tools.

Set up and protect kitchen equipment and surrounding areas before cleaning.

Inspect exhaust systems and report damage or maintenance concerns.

Clean and organize the work area after completing each job.

Safely handle cleaning chemicals and equipment.

Follow WHMIS, workplace safety procedures, and company policies.

Wear required personal protective equipment (PPE).

Load, unload, and transport cleaning equipment and supplies.

Complete assigned jobs efficiently and according to quality standards.

Perform other cleaning and maintenance duties as required.

Previous commercial cleaning, kitchen exhaust cleaning, pressure washing, or industrial cleaning experience is an asset.

Ability to perform physically demanding work.

Comfortable working with ladders and in tight or confined areas when required.

Ability to lift and carry cleaning equipment and supplies.

Willingness to work evenings, nights, weekends, or flexible shifts as required.

Good attention to detail.
