Site setup. Scheduling. Coordinating with contractors and customers. Supply runs.
Preparation and painting of new custom homes, heritage homes, and repainting other residential properties. Work with spray, brush and roller application.
Interior fine finishing by airless sprayer is part of this roll. The successful candidate will have significant residential interior spray experience.
Exterior painting experience including ladder skills and working at heights.
Team work and leadership skills essential. 2 years experience minimum.
Start out working as part of a team on our hi-end residential projects. Progress quickly to running a site.
Job Type: Full-time year around with OT available.
Salary: $28.00 to $32.00 /hour
Vehicle Allowance Provided.
