Job Overview
Cenote Restaurant & Lounge is looking for a new server to join our FOH team. Cenote offers a unique urban experience, featuring award-winning cocktails, a dynamic food menu, and a large community of friends and regulars.
Applicants should have at least 3 years of serving background, excellent teamwork and communication skills, and a friendly and confident demeanor. Spirits and cocktail knowledge is a necessary asset.
Duties
- Greet and seat guests promptly, providing menus and introducing daily specials.
- Take accurate food and drink orders, ensuring all requests are communicated effectively to the bar & kitchen staff.
- Deliver food and beverages to tables in a timely manner, ensuring proper presentation and temperature.
- Handle cash transactions accurately, including processing payments and giving change using basic math skills.
- Manage time efficiently during busy periods to ensure all guests receive prompt service.
- Address guest inquiries or concerns with professionalism, providing help as needed to enhance their dining experience.
- Collaborate with bar & kitchen staff to ensure all orders are prepared correctly and delivered on time.
