(HIRING IMMEDIATELY) We are seeking an experienced and reliable General Construction Labourer / Handyman to join our team. The ideal candidate has hands-on experience in both residential and commercial construction and is comfortable working across multiple trades in fast-paced job site environments.
Responsibilities include (but are not limited to):
- Light to moderate framing work
- Drywall installation, boarding, taping, patching, and finishing
- Interior and exterior painting and touch-ups
- Basic to intermediate finishing carpentry
- Flooring installation and repairs
- General demolition and site preparation
- Ongoing site cleaning, protection, and maintenance
- General handyman and repair tasks as required across active job sites
- Assisting other trades and site supervisors to complete projects efficiently and to a high standard
Requirements:
- Proven experience in residential and commercial construction
- Strong knowledge and hands-on ability in multiple construction trades
- Ability to work independently and follow instructions accurately
- Strong attention to detail and quality workmanship
- Physically fit and able to work in demanding site conditions
- Reliable, punctual, and committed to safety standards
- Positive attitude toward assigned tasks and respectful conduct toward clients and trades
Assets:
- Experience in full renovations or tenant improvement projects
- Strong finishing skills (drywall, paint, trim, flooring)
- Problem-solving ability on active job sites
