Office Administrative Clerk - Full Time
We are wholesale distributor of foodservice packaging products. Currently looking for two full time office admin clerk position.
This administrative clerk position is to assist current administrative team to achieve day to day tasks.
Responsibilities (not limited to):
*Answer/direct phone calls in professional manner.
*Respond/direct emails from company email inquiries.
*Completing Sales Orders, this includes generating invoice/packing slip, communicate with customer, warehouse team and logistics to complete order.
*Bookkeeping, this is to organize and file paper works.
*Other misc. office tasks.
Qualifications:
* No office admin experience is required.
* Strong communication skills.
* Detail oriented.
* Good organization and prioritization skills.
* Multi-task and work quickly and efficiently.
