Job Overview:-
We are seeking a motivated and skilled Welder/Fitter/Fabricator to join dynamic manufacturing team. In this role, you will be responsible for fabricating, welding, and assembling metal components with precision and efficiency. This position offers an exciting opportunity to work with a variety of tools and techniques in a fast-paced environment that values craftsmanship and innovation.
Schedule: Monday to Friday (7:00AM - 4:30PM)
Responsibilities:-
- Read and interpret detailed blueprints, schematics, and technical drawings to accurately fabricate components.
- Perform MIG (Metal Inert Gas) and TIG (Tungsten Inert Gas) welding to join metals according to project specifications.
- Use plasma cutting tools, press brake machines, hand tools, power tools, and other fabrication equipment to shape and assemble metal parts.
- Conduct rigging operations for lifting and positioning heavy materials or assemblies safely with cranes or forklifts.
- Measure dimensions precisely using calipers, tape measures, and other measuring devices; perform basic math calculations for accurate fabrication.
- Assemble fabricated parts into finished products or structures, ensuring proper fit and alignment.
- Maintain a clean, organized workspace while adhering to safety protocols related to welding, machining, and construction activities.
Skills:-
- Proficiency in MIG and TIG welding techniques with a strong understanding of welding safety standards.
- Mechanical knowledge of machinery such as plasma cutters, press brakes, forklifts, and machining tools.
- Ability to read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and technical drawings accurately.
- Experience with rigging, assembly processes, ductwork fabrication, and construction environments is highly desirable.
- Skilled in using hand tools, power tools, calipers, schematics, and basic math for precise fabrication tasks.
- Knowledge of manufacturing processes including welding standards and quality control procedures.
- Familiarity with forklift operation and crane safety procedures enhances efficiency on the shop floor.
