Job Summary
We are seeking a Vehicle Inventory Co-ordinator with Valid OMVIC licenseto join our team.
Must have proven Automotive Sales experience, and enjoy occasional traveling.
This job requires weekends and evenings as needed.
The ideal candidate will be responsible for inventory control, and assist with the wholesale operations for the dealer group.
In addition to inventory coordination responsibilities, provide flexible operational support to ownership, including special assignments, administrative assistance, and related errands as needed.
Inventory:
upcoming auction analysis, current market pricing reviews, must have knowledge of inventory, options, and features.
aged inventory - reassign inventory between stores to keep units fresh
keep records of each unit assigned to US , update as required.
work with vendors, to ensure timely repairs of inventory.
Export Units:
co-ordinate with service managers for any reconditioning prior to release of vehicle to US
recalls - check for all recalls using Carfax and the manufacturer for each unit.
transportation - coordinate all transportation for units going to the states.
titles - coordinate with exporter for titles
auctions - coordinate with exporter regarding which US Auctions vehicles should be forwarded to, Inform Auction on pricing.
gas up units
please note: This job profile requires an individual with knowledge of inventory, auctions, and is familiar with exporting.
Only experienced applicants will be considered. OMVIC license, clean driving record is a must.
Pay: $50,000.00-$95,000.00 per year
