Mains Duties & Responsibilities:
We are looking for a reliable individual who will be responsible for contributing in the daily operations on the company job sites. This position is part of the ACP Applied Products’ Construction Department. This position will be located out of Stony Plain, but will require constant travelling around western Canada. This will also include travelling out of the city and province when needed in order to travel to different job sites sometimes for extended periods of time. As a construction labourer your responsibility is to assist in pre-job and construction activities both on site and at the shop. This might include flagging, driving, shoveling, and other labour tasks. Versatility, flexibility and a positive attitude are required in this position. Your responsibility is to provide support services to both divisions in order to ensure effective and efficient operations can be completed.

Requirements:
A high school diploma or GED an asset
Valid driver’s license (Class 5) along with a recent abstract is required
Must own a reliable transportation
Ability to do physically demanding work
Able to work in uncertain outdoor conditions
Be willing to work out of town for up to 3 week’s at a time (Work in AB, BC, NWT, SK & MB)
Have a willingness to work in a team environment and assist co-workers or supervisors with other duties as required
Be willing to work nights and weekends when necessary
Able to work overtime hours when required
Must be able to write, read, and communicate effectively in English
Experience with safety regulations and safe practices
Knowledge of NSC requirements
