Hailstorms can damage home exteriors, often impacting property value and warranties. This damage typically qualifies for insurance compensation, allowing for restoration. Avalon’s estimating team provides detailed assessments for quick insurance approval. Once approved, Avalon Construction handles repairs, with costs usually covered by insurance, ensuring timely property restoration.
Role:
Your job is to canvass the assigned area door-to-door and convince homeowners to work with Avalon Construction to restore their properties. You will then connect the homeowner, insurance company, and Avalon team to facilitate the claim process and complete the repairs.

Compensation: $2500 Base Pay Plus Commission
