Our health and wellness services blend evidence-based medicine with functional and hormone-focused approaches, always grounded in respect, transparency, and long-term patient outcomes.
We are expanding our team and are seeking a social media and content manager who align with our values, clinical philosophy, and high standards of patient care.
The role
This is not a scheduling job with a bit of design on the side. You'll own our social presence end to end: organic content, paid ads, and email. You'll be in the clinic regularly to film, so you need to be local — this is a camera-in-hand role, not a fully remote one.
You'll work directly with the co-founders. Small team, fast decisions, your ideas actually get made.
What you'll own
- Plan, create, and publish content for TikTok, Instagram, and Facebook — short-form video is the heart of this role
- Film b-roll and content in-clinic: treatments, the team, behind-the-scenes, client education — and make people feel comfortable on camera while you do it
- Edit short-form video with sharp pacing, captions, and trending audio where it fits the brand
- Spot platform trends early and adapt them for a skin clinic audience — without chasing every trend that doesn't fit
- Build and manage Facebook and Instagram ad campaigns in Meta Ads Manager: audiences, creative, budgets, testing, and optimization
- Write and send 2 newsletters per month that people open and read
- Engage with our community — comments, DMs, and reviews
- Deliver a monthly report: what worked, what didn't, and what you're doing next — tied to bookings and inquiries, not just likes
You're a fit if
- You have 2+ years managing social media for a brand or business — and the accounts to prove it
- You have hands-on Meta Ads Manager experience: you've built and run real campaigns with real budgets, not just boosted posts
- You understand the advertising rules around health and beauty content — before-and-afters, treatment claims, and what Meta will and won't approve
- You can shoot and edit short-form video that stops the scroll
- You write well — captions, hooks, and emails that sound human
- You're local to the Niagara region and can be in-clinic on a regular schedule for filming
- You're organized, self-directed, and nobody has to chase you for updates
- This role is perfect for a motivated individual passionate about digital marketing who wants to make a significant impact through innovative content creation and strategic social media management.
Bonus points
- Experience in skincare, medical aesthetics, beauty, or wellness
- CapCut, Premiere, or similar editing tools beyond basic in-app editing
- Email platform experience (Mailchimp, Klaviyo, Flodesk, or similar)
- Graphic design skills (Canva at minimum)
- Comfort using AI tools to speed up drafting and repurposing
Hours, pay & location
5-10 hours/week to start, with room to grow as we scale. $30–$40/hour depending on experience. Hybrid: most work is remote, with scheduled in-clinic content days in the Niagara region.
