Job Description:
Happy Kingdom Sheppard is looking for a friendly, energetic, and reliable Part-Time Indoor Playground Team Member to join our team, primarily on weekends. Additional hours may be available during holidays, school breaks, and summer depending on business needs.
This role focuses on customer service, front desk support, party assistance, and helping maintain a safe, clean, and welcoming environment for children and families.
Responsibilities:
- Welcome guests and provide friendly customer service
- Check in customers and process payments at the front desk
- Explain admission, waiver, and playground rules to guests
- Assist with birthday parties, including room setup and cleanup
- Help monitor play areas and support a safe environment
- Answer customer questions in a professional manner
- Maintain cleanliness and organization throughout the facility
- Restock supplies and support daily operations as needed
Qualifications:
Customer service experience is an asset
Experience working with children or in hospitality is an asset
Friendly, responsible, and dependable
Able to work in a fast-paced environment
Strong communication and teamwork skills
Must be available to work weekends
Legally eligible to work in Canada
Schedule:
- Part-time
- Primarily weekend shifts
- Day, evening, and holiday shifts may be available
- Additional hours may be offered during summer and school breaks
