We are looking for a Parts Advisor to join our Ens Toyota Parts Department Team. The ideal candidate will have an automotive background, with knowledge of general vehicle information & parts.
The successful candidate will have strong customer service skills. Experience is an asset; honesty & integrity are mandatory.

This is a permanent full-time position, Monday to Friday, with a rotating Saturday shift.

Responsibilities
-
Look up parts for both customers and staff using schematics.
-
Bill parts for shop orders and take cash/card payments from customers.

Offer appropriate parts to satisfy customer requirements and needs.

Handle minor customer complaints and misunderstandings tactfully and promptly, and be genuinely concerned for the customers' problems.

Putting stock away.

Answering phones and parts inquiry emails.

Inventory counts & tracking.
-
Take care of our Collision Repair customers.

Assist in various parts-department specific activities.

May need to drive the parts truck to provide staff coverage and flexibility.
Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities

1-2 years of automotive parts experience.

Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills.
