This role involves performing eyelash extension applications, assisting clients at the front desk, and promoting retail products. Responsibilities
- Apply eyelash extensions with precision and attention to detail, ensuring a comfortable experience for clients
- Provide excellent customer service by understanding client needs and recommending suitable lash styles and treatments
- Manage front desk duties including scheduling appointments, checking clients in/out, and maintaining a welcoming environment
- Upsell retail products such as lash care kits and enhancement tools to enhance client results and satisfaction
- Maintain cleanliness and sanitation standards in the treatment area according to health regulations
- Build lasting relationships with clients through personalized consultations and follow-up care
- Stay updated on the latest eyelash extension techniques and industry trends to ensure high-quality service
