Position: Production Operator
Shift: Crosby Day Shift (4 x 10-hour shifts, Monday to Thursday)
Role Overview: As a Production Operator, you will play a vital role in our production process, ensuring the highest quality standards and efficiency. Our vision is for you to become a versatile asset, trained across multiple production lines, and potentially forklift operations.
Key Responsibilities: Your responsibilities will include, but are not limited to:

Executing equipment start-up, operation, and shutdown procedures to maintain process specifications.

Recording essential information using electronic forms on a tablet.

Performing ABC transactions through our barcoding system.

Engaging in repetitive lifting, varying from 8.1 kgs (approx. 18 lbs) to 25 kgs ( 55 lbs), based on the production line.

Placing and inspecting bottles or cartons on the processing line

Participating in manual packing and carton assembly processes.

Conducting visual quality inspections of products and packaging.

Ensuring compliance with our safety and quality standards.

Ensuring compliance with GMPs, SQF, Employee Safety, and other codes of conduct.

Contributing to quality, safety, and continuous improvement initiatives.
