Collaboration: Work closely with founders Ahmed (SEO & Web design expert) and Kathleen (SEO & Content Creation specialist), as well as with staff and clients, fostering a cooperative environment.
Managing Jobs: Setting timelines for jobs of a project, assigning workers to each of them, and communicating anything specific to those workers.
Project Leadership: Direct and oversee SEO, web design and Google Ads projects (SOP’s, jobs and tasks) from start to finish, ensuring they meet client expectations and set timelines.
Client Communication & Feedback: Regularly update clients on project status, address their concerns, and incorporate their feedback, ensuring their visions and expectations align with the project’s direction.
Quality Control & Reporting: Guarantee that all project deliverables align with predefined quality standards. Utilize tools like Google Analytics, Google Search Console and Semrush for performance analytics.
Documentation: Maintain records of project data, such as jobs and tasks statuses, any relevant business information, and clients communications using Notion and HubSpot.
Conflict Resolution: Tackle and resolve any project-related or interpersonal challenges that arise, ensuring smooth project progression.
Change Management: Manage any changes in project scope, timelines, SOPs, or deliverables, communicating potential impacts to both the team and the client.
Relationship Building: Cultivate strong relationships with both clients and team members, understanding their unique needs and ensuring a positive, productive work environment.
Working with Analytics Tools: Setting up, maintaining, or monitoring platforms such as GA4, GSC, GTM, Call Rail, Databox, etc.
Supervise Google Ads campaigns.
Keeping Track of Hours : We will ask you to be transparent about the time you put for which client and on which day. The goal is to build trust, evaluate efficiency and costs of this position.
