Overview

Auxly Cannabis Inc. is currently looking for an experienced IT ERP Audit Manager to join our Toronto Head office team for a 6 month contract. Reporting to the Senior Director, Technology, the ideal candidate aspires to work in the growing cannabis field with an award-winning team! The successful candidate will provide the opportunity to combine their technical, auditing and people skills to effectively advise and support the enterprise on IT risk related matters

Responsibilities
Conduct independent assessment and evaluation of Technology risks across Auxly and its subsidiaries.
Oversee, implement and maintain internal controls, processes and management practices related to ERP setup and processes.
Perform cybersecurity, privacy impact and threat risk assessment as part of audit control objectives for IT environments.
Manage the end to end audit lifecycle – planning, execution, reporting and follow up
Use data analytics to increase effectiveness and efficiency of audit coverage.
Ensure compliance to policies, standards and procedures according to departmental and enterprise requirements.
Qualifications
4-6 Years of ERP administration and IT control experience.
Undergraduate degree in IT or Technology or CISA certification.
Proven experience implementing ITGC controls and in-depth knowledge of GTAG guidelines.
Experience role level access administration in an ERP.
Previous experience in process and change control administration for an ERP solution.
Experience proving GDPR and PIPEDA compliance.
Experience writing and maintaining process documentation.
Ability to present complex information clearly and influence the outcome through effective verbal and written communication.
Good interpersonal skills and ability to cultivate strong working relationships in a team environment is a must
Strong organizational skills to ensure proper follow up and adherence to project timelines.
What will set you apart
Strong understanding of accounting, business and manufacturing processes.
Working knowledge of Sage EM/Sage X3.
