What is the opportunity?

The RBC Dominion Securities Branch located in Swift Current, SK is currently seeking a part-time Receptionist to perform daily administrative functions related to client accounts and inquiries while providing the highest quality client service.

What will you do?

Answer incoming calls in a courteous, efficient and timely manner
Greet incoming clients in a courteous and professional manner
Assist with opening mail and distribute as per Internal Controls
Process all courier requests
Assist with distribution of reports, faxes and transit mail
Provide support to Branch Administrator
Full-time Vacation Back up for Branch Administrator ~ approximately 3 weeks a year
Other duties as assigned

What do you need to succeed?

Must-have

Superior Written and communication skills in English.
Organizational and administrative skills required to perform activities with varying degrees of priority - must be able to multi task and manage stress
Effectively work in team environment
Excellent oral and written communication skills
Basic Microsoft office skills (word processing and spread sheets)

Nice-to-have

Knowledge of RBCDS operations, policies and procedures regarding client accounts and Internal Control Guidelines
Knowledge of compliance issues from internal publications
