The Sales Floor Manager is responsible for overseeing the sales team members. The Sales Floor Manager will also be developing ongoing, profitable relationships with customers and generating sales department revenue through the sale of vehicles and promotion of business products.

Compensation: Base salary plus commission, ranging from $70,000 to $120,000 a year.

What You'll Do
- Plan, direct and evaluate the operations of Sales Representatives.
- Assist in managing the daily operations of the sales floor.
- Support and motivate the sales team to achieve individual and store sales targets.
- Work directly with customers to assist with negotiations and closing deals.
- Assist in training, coaching, and develop sales staff.
- Monitor salesperson activity including follow-ups, appointments, and lead management.
- Complete monthly formal reports of Sales team performance.
- Provide customers with information regarding vehicles for sale.
- Always maintain professionalism, tact, diplomacy, and sensitivity to portray the company in a positive manner.
- Maintain accurate records.
- Provide sales representatives with up-to-date product information.
- Address customer inquiries and concerns.
- Assist with vehicle inventory management.
- Other duties as required.
What We're Looking For
- Valid OMVIC certification is required.
- Valid G driver's license.
- At least 3 years of automotive sales experience is required.
- Strong closing and negotiation skills.
- Proven automotive sales experience with strong results.
- Professional demeanor, selling style, and appearance.
- Exceptional verbal communication and presentation skills.
- Excellent listening skills.
- Self-motivated, with high energy and an engaging level of enthusiasm.
- Ability to work individually and as part of a team.
- High level of integrity, work ethic and attention to detail.
