As a Cashier & Customer Service Associate, you’ll be the friendly face that welcomes every customer, answers questions, and helps match them with the right products for their pets. You’ll play a key role in making each visit a positive and memorable experience.

Two years' previous experience in a retail setting with customer service and cashier duties

Ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment

Team player with a positive, energetic attitude

Flexible availability, including evenings, weekends, and holidays

Comfortable with some physical tasks, including lifting up to 50 lbs

An interest in pets is a bonus! Knowledge in any of these areas is an asset: dogs, cats, aquariums and fish, small pets, birds, reptiles, or farm animals such as chickens, horses, goats, and sheep.
