À propos d'Aviron
Aviron est une entreprise montréalaise spécialisée en intelligence artificielle qui développe la couche d’intelligence des opérations financières.
Nous automatisons les processus Procure-to-Pay (approvisionnement au paiement) et Order-to-Cash (commande à l’encaissement) pour les manufacturiers, distributeurs et organisations ayant des opérations administratives complexes, en nous intégrant aux ERP existants sans les remplacer.
Notre plateforme prend en charge toute la complexité des opérations financières réelles: les exceptions que les outils traditionnels d’OCR ne peuvent traiter, les flux de travail qui traversent des portails fournisseurs, des rapprochements de relevés et des systèmes patrimoniaux (« legacy »). Résultat: plus de 80 % de réduction du travail manuel et plus de 95 % de traitement automatisé de bout en bout, avec un déploiement en quelques jours plutôt qu’en plusieurs mois.
Mais l’automatisation n’est qu’un point de départ. Nous construisons un système d’exploitation du fonds de roulement (Working Capital OS) qui optimise l’ensemble du cycle de conversion de trésorerie et offre aux équipes financières un niveau d’intelligence et de performance auparavant inaccessible.
Aviron est une entreprise issue de StreamingFast. Développée à l’interne avant de devenir une entité indépendante, elle bénéficie du soutien financier de StreamingFast, acquise par The Graph pour 60 M$ US. Nous sommes certifiés SOC 2 Type II et collaborons en recherche avec Mila, le principal institut de recherche en IA au Canada.

Votre rôle:
À titre de Conseiller principal en transformation financière, vous serez responsable de la relation client de bout en bout, de la première démonstration jusqu’au déploiement et à l’adoption de la solution.
Vous travaillerez directement avec les équipes financières de nos clients afin de comprendre leurs processus en profondeur, souvent plus en détail qu’ils ne l’ont eux-mêmes documenté, puis vous transformerez cette compréhension en agents d’intelligence artificielle capables d’automatiser un travail concret et à forte valeur ajoutée.
Il s’agit d’un rôle hybride par nature. Au cours d’une même semaine, vous pourriez:
- animer un atelier de découverte avec un contrôleur financier;
- présenter la plateforme à un CFO;
- concevoir un modèle opérationnel cible;
- configurer et tester les agents IA qui permettront de l’automatiser.
Vous serez la personne qui porte la vision auprès du client et qui la concrétise. Vous transformerez les apprentissages du terrain en solutions opérationnelles ainsi qu’en orientations pour notre feuille de route produit.
Vous relèverez du COO et collaborerez étroitement avec les équipes d’ingénierie, de ventes et les experts financiers d’Aviron.
Responsabilités:
Ingénierie de solutions et soutien aux ventes• Animer des ateliers de découverte approfondis afin de comprendre les processus financiers des clients (comptes fournisseurs, comptes clients, clôture financière, rapprochements, FP&A, etc.) et identifier les opportunités de création de valeur.
- Traduire des processus financiers complexes en opportunités claires d’automatisation et en gains mesurables.
- Agir à titre de conseiller de confiance tout au long du cycle de vente en démontrant la pertinence de notre plateforme pour les besoins spécifiques de chaque client.
Gestion de projets et transformation• Diriger l’implantation de la solution, de la rencontre de démarrage jusqu’à la formation, au déploiement et à l’adoption.
- Cartographier les processus actuels et concevoir, avec les leaders financiers du client, le modèle opérationnel cible.
- Assurer les suivis, mesurer les résultats et le retour sur investissement, et coordonner les travaux entre les parties prenantes du client et notre équipe d’ingénierie.
- Animer des ateliers pratiques permettant aux utilisateurs de devenir rapidement autonomes et efficaces avec la plateforme.
Livraison de solutions• Configurer la plateforme Aviron afin d’automatiser les processus propres à chaque client.
- Concevoir, tester et optimiser les instructions permettant aux agents IA d’opérer de façon fiable.
- Accompagner les clients lors du déploiement, suivre l’utilisation réelle de la solution et identifier les améliorations à apporter.
- Collaborer avec l’équipe d’ingénierie lorsque des développements supplémentaires sont requis.
- Représenter la voix du client et contribuer activement à l’évolution du produit.
Profil recherché:
Vous avez déjà participé à des projets de transformation financière et souhaitez maintenant mettre en œuvre les solutions plutôt que simplement les recommander.
Vous êtes aussi à l’aise en discussion avec un dirigeant financier que dans l’apprentissage et l’utilisation de nouvelles technologies.
Exigences minimales• De 3 à 5 ans d’expérience en transformation financière, optimisation des fonctions financières ou dans un rôle-conseil auprès de clients.
- Excellente compréhension des processus financiers clés: procure-to-pay (P2P), order-to-cash (O2C), clôture financière, gestion des stocks, record-to-report (R2R), planification et analyse financière (FP&A); controllership.
- Intérêt marqué pour l’intelligence artificielle; vous avez déjà expérimenté les LLM, le prompt engineering ou des outils d’automatisation et souhaitez approfondir ces compétences.
- Solides capacités analytiques et aisance dans des environnements complexes et parfois ambigus.
- Excellentes habiletés de communication et capacité à naviguer entre les enjeux d’affaires et les considérations techniques.
- Forte capacité d’exécution et sens des responsabilités.
- Excellentes compétences organisationnelles permettant de gérer simultanément plusieurs mandats clients.
Atouts• Expérience dans la recommandation ou l’implantation de technologies financières (ERP, EPM, outils de clôture financière, consolidation, RPA ou automatisation).
- Forte aptitude technologique et facilité à apprendre rapidement de nouveaux systèmes et outils.

What you'll do:
As a Finance Transformation Lead, you own the client relationship end-to-end, from the first demo to a live, adopted deployment. You'll sit inside our clients' finance teams, map their processes more deeply than they've ever documented them, and translate that understanding into AI agents that take real work off their plate.
This is a hybrid role by design. On any given week you might run a discovery workshop with a controller, demo the platform to a CFO, design a target operating model, then configure and test the AI agents that automate it. You'll be the person who both sells the vision and makes it real, translating what you learn on the ground into a working solution and into our product roadmap.
You will report to the COO and work closely with our engineering, sales, and finance experts.
Responsibilities:
Solution engineering & pre-sales
- Run deep-dive discovery sessions to learn how each client actually runs their finance processes - AP/AR, close, reconciliation, FP&A - and assess where our platform can add the most value.
- Translate messy, real-world finance workflows into clear opportunities for automation and measurable ROI.
- Serve as the trusted advisor through the sales cycle, showing how our platform applies to each client's specific needs.
Project & transformation management
- Own onboarding and implementation: lead the client from kickoff through training, rollout, and adoption.
- Map current-state processes and design the future-state target operating model alongside the client's finance leaders.
- Drive follow-ups, track success metrics and ROI, and coordinate tightly between client stakeholders and our engineering team.
- Run hands-on workshops that turn everyday users into confident power users.
Solution delivery
- Automate client processes by configuring the Aviron platform to each client's specific needs.
- Craft and refine the instructions that make our agents reliable, then test them end-to-end before they go live.
- Roll out with the client, monitor real usage, and iterate, partnering with our engineering team on anything that needs to be built.
- Act as the voice of the customer: the needs you uncover are a key driver of our product roadmap.
Who you are:
You've done finance transformation work and want to deliver the solutions, not just recommend them. You're as comfortable in front of a finance executive as you are working hands-on with new tools, or ready to become so.
Minimum requirements• 3-5 years in finance transformation, finance optimization, or a related client-facing consulting role.
- Deep understanding of core finance processes: Procure-to-Pay, Order-to-Cash, financial close, as well as inventory management, record-to-report, FP&A, or controllership.
- A genuine curiosity for AI: you've experimented with LLMs, prompting, or automation tools and want to go much deeper.
- Strong analytical mindset and comfort working with complex data and ambiguous problems.
- Exceptional communication skills, with the ability to move fluidly between business and technical conversations.
- A bias for ownership and execution: you'd rather get something working and improve it than wait for perfection.
- Strong organizational skills: you can run several client engagements at once without dropping threads, balancing discovery, delivery, and follow-up.
Preferred qualifications• Hands-on experience recommending or implementing finance technology (ERP, EPM, close/consolidation, or RPA/automation tooling).
- Technical aptitude: you pick up new tools and systems quickly and enjoy figuring out how they fit together.
