Job Summary
We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Compliance Officer to join our team. The Compliance Officer will be responsible for ensuring that our organization adheres to regulatory requirements and internal policies. This role involves monitoring compliance, developing training programs, and collaborating with various departments to foster a culture of compliance throughout the organization.
Responsibilities
- Develop and implement safety policies and procedures to ensure compliance with regulatory standards.
- Conduct regular safety inspections and audits to identify potential hazards and recommend corrective actions
- Coordinate and conduct safety training programs for employees to promote awareness and adherence to safety protocols
- Investigate accidents, incidents, and near-misses to determine root causes and develop preventive measures
- Maintain safety records and documentation in accordance with company policies and regulatory requirements
- Collaborate with management and employees to foster a culture of safety and continuous improvement
- Stay up-to-date with industry best practices and changes in safety regulations
