An established manufacturing facility specializing in custom kitchen cabinetry is seeking an experienced CNC Operator & Programmer to join its production team. This role is responsible for programming, setting up, operating, and troubleshooting 3-axis and 5-axis CNC machines to manufacture high-quality cabinet components.
Key Responsibilities
- Program, set up, and operate 3-axis and 5-axis CNC machines.
- Create, edit, and optimize CNC programs.
- Read and interpret blueprints, shop drawings, and production specifications.
- Select appropriate tooling and machine settings for efficient production.
- Manufacture cabinet components with precision while meeting quality standards.
- Perform first-piece inspections and conduct quality checks throughout production.
- Troubleshoot programming, tooling, and machine issues to minimize downtime.
- Perform routine machine maintenance and report mechanical issues as needed.
- Work closely with production and design teams to ensure projects are completed accurately and on schedule.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment in accordance with health and safety regulations.
Qualifications
- Minimum 3 years of experience as a CNC Operator & Programmer in a woodworking or cabinet manufacturing environment.
- Experience operating and programming 3-axis and 5-axis CNC machines.
- Strong understanding of CNC programming, woodworking machinery, tooling, and manufacturing processes.
- Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and blueprints.
- Excellent troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to producing high-quality work.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience manufacturing custom kitchen cabinets, closets, or architectural millwork.
- Knowledge of CNC machine maintenance and process optimization.
- Commitment to workplace safety and continuous improvement.

Pay: $20.00-$30.00 per hour
