Senior Manager of FP&A
At Osborne, we are partnering with a growing international organization. We are looking for a seasoned, savvy Manager of FP&A who is ready to take on their next career challenge in the automotive and manufacturing space.
Working as part of the leadership team, this is a fantastic opportunity for a collaborative finance professional looking to drive business growth for the company within the Toronto market.
Key Responsibilities:

Lead all the organization’s budgeting and planning and forecasting, as well as financial modeling.

Transform complex data into strategic insights to help the leadership team, business partners and board members to make data driven decisions to guide the company’s financial health.

Lead the creation and coordination of the yearly corporate budget across all business units.

Build and update monthly quarterly forecasts to project revenues, cost and cash flow.

Design financial plans aligned to corporate goals.

Prepare clear financial reports and performance metrics tracking for senior leadership.

Collaborate with department heads to monitor expenses and optimize resource allocation.

Identify and analyze all financial risks or cost-saving opportunities and propose corrective actions.
Qualifications & Experience:

Bachelor’s degree in finance, accounting or economics.
-
5 – 10 years of corporate finance experience.
-
Advanced Excel and modeling skills.
-
Familiarity with ERP and BI platforms like SAP Power BI.

Proven leadership experience and capability.
-
CPA or an MBA would be preferred.
-
CFA would be advantageous.
-
Ability to communicate and translate complex data into clear financial language for non-financial executives.

Ability to collaborate with department heads to manage operating expenses and goals.
Compensation & Benefits:

$120,000 – $160,000 annually
