What You’ll Do
- Lead and mentor pharmacy staff, ensuring smooth daily operations during the mat leave coverage period.
- Dispense and review medications with accuracy and care.
- Provide patient counseling, medication reviews, and injection services.
- Collaborate with physicians and local healthcare teams to optimize patient outcomes.
- Ensure compliance with the Alberta College of Pharmacy (ACP) standards and all regulatory requirements.

What You Bring
- Current licensure (or eligibility) with the Alberta College of Pharmacy (ACP).
- Previous management or supervisory experience in a retail pharmacy setting (strong asset).
- Strong clinical knowledge and exceptional patient communication skills.
- Retail pharmacy software experience (an asset).

Compensation & Perks
- $85/hour – highly competitive for retail pharmacy leadership in Alberta.
- $20,000 signing bonus – details disclosed upon offer.
