Job Summary
We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented House Cleaner to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for maintaining cleanliness and organization in residential spaces, ensuring a welcoming environment for our clients. This role requires excellent time management skills, strong communication abilities, and a commitment to providing exceptional customer service.
Responsibilities
- Perform thorough cleaning of residential areas including dusting, vacuuming, mopping, and sanitizing surfaces.
- Launder linens and towels as needed, ensuring they are fresh and clean for client use.
- Organize and declutter spaces to enhance the overall appearance of the home.
- Communicate effectively with clients to understand their cleaning preferences and address any concerns.
- Maintain a high standard of cleanliness while adhering to safety protocols and using cleaning supplies responsibly.
- Assist with light cooking or meal preparation when required by clients, ensuring meals are prepared according to their specifications.
- Exhibit hospitality by creating a warm and inviting atmosphere in each home cleaned.
Requirements
- Previous experience in residential cleaning or hospitality is preferred but not mandatory.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage time effectively to complete tasks efficiently.
- Excellent customer service skills with a friendly demeanor when interacting with clients.
- Ability to communicate clearly and professionally with clients and team members.
- A willingness to learn new techniques or methods for effective cleaning practices.
- Must be reliable, punctual, and able to work independently or as part of a team.
Compensation
- In addition to your wage, we also compensate for 1 hour of driving time between clients per work day. After 3 months, you and your family may be eligible for our Sunlife Extended Health benefits (50% paid for by All Clean)
