Role Overview
Reporting to the Site Manager, the incumbent is responsible for ensuring that all West Canadian customers receive their deliveries in a helpful, consistent, and with exceptional customer service.
Key Results
- Provide back up support for key roles within our client environment
- Assist with various projects/overflow work as required
- Perform varied tasks
Responsibilities
- Local deliveries (site and in town)
- General vehicle maintenance
- Item tracing and reconciliation
- Face to face, over the phone and e-mail customer interaction
- Managing time sensitive projects
- Process all outgoing mail with the correct postage so that mail does not get returned
- Receive and distribute all incoming mail in accordance with regular delivery times throughout the day. Distribution follows unique exceptions as to what contacts specific pieces of mail are supposed to go to.
- Cross train with Digital Print Centre
- Cross train with Stationary Supply
Skills and Experience
- Proven ability to drive a motor vehicle in a responsible and safe manner.
- Strong organization and communication skills
- Works well independently as well as part of a team
- Positive attitude
- A solid understanding of computers and other office equipment
- Previous experience in digital print is considered an asset
- A passion for providing strong customer service
- Strong fluency in written and spoken English
Education
- High school diploma or GED is a requirement.
Additional:
- A valid Alberta’s driver’s license is a required
- Clean drivers abstract
