Responsibilities
- Safely operate commercial trucks to transport freight across designated routes
- Load and unload cargo using forklifts or other heavy equipment as needed
- Conduct pre-trip and post-trip inspections to ensure vehicle safety and compliance with regulations
- Maintain accurate delivery logs and documentation for each trip
- Communicate effectively with dispatchers regarding delivery schedules and potential issues
- Perform basic automotive repairs or troubleshooting when necessary to ensure vehicle readiness
- Assist with warehouse operations including loading, unloading, and inventory management
- Follow all safety protocols and traffic laws during transportation activities
Experience
- Valid commercial driver’s license (CDL) with clean driving record
- Prior experience in freight transportation or commercial driving preferred

- Experience with freight management systems or GPS navigation tools is beneficial

- Strong understanding of safety regulations related to trucking and cargo handling
Pay: $75,000.00-$100,000.00 per year
