Job Summary
We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Physiotherapist to join our healthcare team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for assessing, planning, and implementing effective treatment plans to improve patients' mobility and quality of life. Responsibilities
- Conduct comprehensive patient assessments to determine individual needs and treatment goals
- Develop and implement tailored physiotherapy treatment plans based on patient evaluations
- Assist patients in improving mobility, strength, and function through therapeutic exercises and manual therapy techniques
- Monitor patient progress and adjust treatment plans accordingly to ensure optimal outcomes
- Educate patients and their families on injury prevention, health maintenance, and post-treatment care
- Maintain accurate documentation of patient treatments, progress notes, and medical records in compliance with healthcare regulations
- Collaborate with physicians, nurses, and other healthcare professionals to coordinate patient care
- Stay current with advancements in physiotherapy practices and incorporate evidence-based techniques into treatments
Experience
- Proven ability to deliver high-quality patient care in fast-paced environments
- Familiarity with medical terminology relevant to physiotherapy practice
- Strong communication skills and the ability to work effectively within multidisciplinary teams
