Summary
We are seeking a dedicated Condo Manager to join our team. This full-time role involves overseeing condominium operations and ensuring resident satisfaction, contributing directly to our company's mission of quality property management.
Responsibilities
- Oversee daily condominium operations and maintenance activities.
- Coordinate with residents, vendors, and staff to ensure smooth property functioning.
- Manage budgets, financial reports, and lease agreements.
- Implement property policies and ensure compliance with regulations.
- Address resident concerns promptly and professionally.
- Collaborate with the finance team on billing and payments.
- Maintain accurate records of property activities and communications.
- Support the development of community engagement initiatives.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in property management or condominium operations.
- Proficiency in Yardi or similar property management software.
- Strong customer service and communication skills.
- Excellent organizational and administrative abilities.
- Ability to negotiate effectively with vendors and residents.
- Experience with data entry and record keeping.
- Knowledge of relevant local regulations and compliance standards.
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation preferred.
