Detailers are an integral and vital part of our dealership and work closely with the Sales and Service Departments. They are responsible for cleaning the interior and exterior of vehicles in a timely and professional manner. This position requires a high level of attention to detail and care.
Accountabilities:
This position is responsible for ensuring vehicle interiors and exteriors are clean and visually communicate our company’s brand and professionalism by completing the following:

Pressure washing exterior of vehicles

Vacuuming and washing carpets and upholstery

Cleaning, wiping and washing dashboard, consoles, doors and windows

Painting as needed
-
Power polishing and aluminum polishing
-
Plus additional duties to support sales department including shuttling vehicles as needed
Qualifications that a candidate MUST possess in order to gain consideration for this position:

Must be a team player with a strong sense of commitment to the customer.

Must be self motivated.

Ability to operate hand and power tools for extended periods.

Able to work with cleaning products and solvents.

Able to follow safety instructions and understand Safety Data Sheets (SDS).

Capable of working in awkward positions.

Able to lift up to 45 lbs. floor to waist

Must demonstrate a history of good attendance.

Valid Drivers license – Class 3Q preferred.
Qualifications that are WANTED in a candidate:

Previous experience in a related position.

Completion of high school.
