Breka Bakery Group is looking for individuals to join our Cookie production team at our central kitchen!
We are a fast-paced production team that produces a large volume of cookies, some filling, and puff pastries for our BREKA stores!
Your job is to assist bakers in producing a variety of high-quality cookies. This includes scooping and shaping cookie dough, finishing the cookies with decorations, and packing cookies for distribution.
Looking for individuals who want long-term employment to grow together!
SHIFT HOURS:
- Shifts: Morning 7am-3pm, Afternoon 1pm-9pm, Evening 3:30pm-11:30pm
- 4 to 5days/week, 6 to 8hours per day. End times vary depending on the production volume.
*Must be able to work WEEKENDS and HOLIDAYS
*Open availability is preferred.

COMPENSATION:
- Wage range $19.50-$24/hr, Wage increase based on your performance
- 4 months Probation period

JOB DESCRIPTION:
- Scoop/Roll/Cut out cookies
- Bake & Finishing cookies
- Pack products to distribute all BREKA stores
-Assembling & Finishing pastries
- Maintain the station tidy and clean
- Other prep duties
REQUIREMENTS:
- Prefer to have at least 6 months of work experience in a commercial kitchen
- Passionate about producing high-quality products consistently
- Able to lift 25kg, and physically fit
- Hard work and high energy are a must
- Responsible and dependable to show up for all shifts
- Positive attitude and ability to take direction well
- Self-motivated and can work independently, but in a team as well
- Understand work efficiency well and strive to improve productivity
- Must be available to work WEEKENDS and HOLIDAYS
