About You: You’re someone who’s passionate about building products that customers love, and you understand that the value is in how a product gets used - not what gets built. You care about quality code and collaborating cross-functionally to build scalable solutions. Most of all, you’re ready to influence the future of the cannabis retail industry.
Hifyre has developed the cannabis industry’s most advanced retail sales platform, leveraging data to deliver personalized, effective, consumer & partner engagements. It’s the industry-leading in-shop and online digital toolset for North American cannabis dispensaries.
Join our evolving team at an exciting time for Hifyre, as we grow with the industry! We're engaged in interesting builds for recognized brands, rapidly expanding e-commerce, and lots in between. You’ll work closely with other like-minded, skilled PMs, developers, and designers to create dynamic & cutting edge products.
How you’ll make an impact:
Driving the strategy behind the why, when, and what (and what not) of the product experience
Defining human-centered, disruptive experiences through iterative user research and A|B testing
Documenting high-level requirements, acceptance criteria and KPIs that push the product strategy forward and achieve key objectives
Collaborating with product teams with diverse range of skill sets, locations, direct and in-direct reporting relationships
Making data-informed decisions based on a sound understanding of organizational priorities, Voice of Guest, analytics, benchmarks, industry reporting and emerging trends
Communicating across the organization to ensure alignment and clarity of what is being developed and why
Analyze product performance and customer feedback post-launch and respond quickly to diagnose and correct any opportunities for optimization
Act as the subject matter expert on our product user experience, identify and fill product gaps, and validate new ideas that improve the customer experience and drive growth
Continuously strive for excellence on the development team by driving effective cross-functional collaboration
Ruthlessly prioritize activities based on business and customer impact
Drive buy-in for the product vision internally and with our key external stakeholders
