Residential Construction Superintendent
Dirham Homes is a long-standing and respected home builder in Grande Prairie, constructing approximately 40 quality homes each year. We are seeking an experienced Full-Time Residential Construction Superintendent to join our team.
Responsibilities:
- Manage all aspects of home construction from drywall stage through customer possession.
- Schedule and coordinate trades to ensure possession dates are met.
- Conduct quality control inspections throughout the construction process.
- Complete customer walkthroughs and home handovers at possession.
- Maintain strong communication with trades, suppliers, and coworkers.
Qualifications:
- Previous residential construction superintendent experience is required.
- Strong organizational and scheduling abilities.
- Excellent communication and customer service skills.
- Ability to oversee 20+ houses while maintaining quality standards.
- Strong references and work history are a must.
