Job Title: Shift Quality Control Supervisor (Swing Shift)

Shift: Monday to Thursday, 10-hour shifts
Wage: $32.00 – $38.00/hour (depending on experience)

Brink Forest Products, a leader in sustainable lumber production, is seeking a detail-oriented and motivated Shift Quality Control Supervisor to join our team in Prince George, BC. This hands-on role is essential in ensuring our products meet the highest standards while fostering team growth and continuous improvement.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct quality control analysis, including product testing, grading checks, and reject surveys
- Report findings to the supervisory and management team
- Recommend quality improvement initiatives based on data and trends
- Provide hands-on coaching and training to the production crew
- Support long-term planning for continuous improvement in quality processes
- Ensure compliance with company standards and industry regulations
Qualifications:
- Strong knowledge of lumber grading and manufacturing quality standards
- Previous experience in quality control or a similar production role
- Excellent communication skills for reporting and crew training
- Ability to identify quality issues and implement effective solutions
- Forklift experience is preferred
- Team-oriented with a proactive, solutions-focused mindset
