Construction Sales & Project Coordinator

Job Summary
We are looking for a motivated, sales-driven Construction Sales & Project Coordinator who understands construction costs and knows how to turn customer inquiries into confirmed projects.
This is a commission-based opportunity designed for someone who is excited by sales, construction, and the potential to increase their earnings based on performance.

Your primary responsibility is to respond to incoming leads, understand the customer's project, estimate the approximate construction cost, prepare a competitive quote, close the sale, and coordinate the confirmed project with our contractor team.
Your Role
You will work primarily from our office, where customers may visit to discuss their renovation or construction requirements and select products from available display models.
You will:
- Respond quickly to daily leads received through social media, advertising, phone calls and customer visits.
- Speak with customers to understand their renovation or construction requirements.
- Review measurements, drawings, photos and project details.
- Calculate approximate labour and material requirements.
- Research and determine current material costs.
- Prepare accurate and competitive construction quotations.
- Explain quotations, options and project scope clearly to customers.
- Follow up with potential customers and close jobs effectively.
- Coordinate confirmed projects with our network of contractors and trades.
- Match the right contractor or trade to each project based on skills, location, availability and project requirements.
- Help organize scheduling, materials and project information so jobs can move efficiently from sale to execution.
- Maintain customer communication throughout the sales and coordination process.
- Look for opportunities to increase project value while providing practical solutions that meet the customer's budget.
What We Are Looking For
Previous experience in construction estimating, quoting, renovation sales, project coordination or construction sales is strongly preferred.
You should be comfortable estimating jobs and understanding the relationship between material cost, labour cost, project complexity and selling price.
Experience with bathrooms, kitchens, basements, flooring, drywall, painting, plumbing, carpentry, handyman projects or general renovations would be an asset.
Strong communication, organization and sales skills are essential.
Compensation
This is a commission-based position.
Commission will be paid according to a pre-established commission program, with earning potential directly connected to the jobs and sales you successfully close.
