Finance Manager (F&I, Automotive)

About the Opportunity
An established and high-performing automotive dealership in Calgary is seeking an experienced Finance Manager to join its leadership team. The successful candidate will play a key role in overseeing all finance and insurance (F&I) activities, supporting customers through the vehicle purchasing process, and contributing to the overall success of the dealership.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist customers in securing financing and leasing solutions through a variety of lending partners.
- Present and sell finance and insurance products, including extended warranties, protection plans, and other value-added offerings.
- Prepare, review, and process all finance documentation accurately and efficiently.
- Maintain strong working relationships with financial institutions and lending partners.
- Ensure all transactions comply with applicable regulations, industry standards, and internal policies.
- Support and educate the sales team on financing options and F&I processes.
- Achieve monthly performance targets and contribute to dealership profitability.
- Deliver a professional, transparent, and customer-focused purchasing experience.
- Address customer inquiries and concerns related to financing and insurance products.
Qualifications
- Previous experience as an Automotive Finance Manager or in a similar automotive F&I leadership role.
- Strong understanding of automotive financing, leasing, and insurance products.
- Knowledge of applicable regulatory and compliance requirements.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Experience using dealership management systems (DMS) and F&I software.
- AMVIC certification is required.
- Post-secondary education in Business, Finance, or a related field is considered an asset.

Pay: $120,000.00-$180,000.00 per year
