The team you’ll be part of
The Customer Experience organization provides a common interface to customers including account and relationship management, acting as the voice of the customer internally and creating demand across our business groups. While bringing deep understanding of local markets for our customer, the CX organization ensures strong alignment between sales and delivery teams.

Your skills and experience
Currently a candidate for Bachelor’s degree or diploma in marketing, communications business or related field with an accredited school in Canada.
Self-starter who is flexible and intrigued at the opportunity to work for a Fortune 500 company
Need to have fluency in powerpoint, excel and other related tools
Flexibility in working on many different kinds of projects - from creative to analysis
Williung to work on a global team, most who will not be co-located
What you will learn and contribute to
Creating transparent, effective and efficient marketing activity through coordinated efforts, targeted buyer personas and collaborative teams for campaign planning, design and execution, measurement and optimization.
Ensures that content best practices are applied to an integrated marketing program planning so that the full buyer’s journey and reputation, demand and sales enablement programs have been included and rationalized against activation plans.
Pulls in required resources and competences from various internal and external parties involved to make the campaigns most successful (e.g. sales, marketing, business group marketing units, corporate comms, field marketing, agencies).
Contributes to campaign process development and acts as an ombudsman for questions on campaign and associated programs.
