Job Summary
We are seeking a reliable and hardworking General Labourer to join our team. This role involves supporting various construction, or maintenance projects by performing manual tasks that contribute to the overall success of our operations. The ideal candidate will be physically fit, adaptable, and eager to learn new skills in a dynamic work environment. Be able to drive truck and trailer to pick up delivery materials.
Duties
- Assist with loading and unloading materials and equipment
- Prepare work sites by cleaning and organizing tools and supplies
- Perform general manual tasks such as digging, lifting, carrying, and moving materials
- Support skilled tradespeople with their tasks as needed
- Maintain safety standards by following proper procedures and wearing required protective gear
- Operate basic machinery or tools under supervision when necessary
- Ensure work areas are clean, safe, and organized at all times
Requirements
- Ability to perform physically demanding tasks in various weather conditions
- Strong work ethic with attention to safety protocols
- Ability to follow instructions accurately and work well within a team
- Prior experience in manual labour or construction is a plus but not required
- Good communication skills and reliability are essential
- Basic knowledge of safety procedures related to manual labour roles is preferred
- Must be able to work flexible hours as needed, including early mornings or late shifts if required
Pay: $20.00-$26.00 per hour
