Our Homecare Agency is looking to hire an LPN with leadership capacity to join our Home Support team. The candidate must have a current practicing registration as an LPN with Nova Scotia College of Nurses. Please submit references with resume. Qualifications:
- Experience in implementing and evaluating service plans for clients
- Be able to evaluate CCA workers in the field
- Instruct staff in new protocols and procedures
- Community experience an asset
- Problem solving and good communication skills
- Must be able to work in collaboration with team members
- Must be well organized and be able to initiate workload and work independently
- Ability to make decisions which are of a critical nature and which demonstrate excellent judgement ability
- Some computer skills would be an asset
- Be reliable and available to attend work
- Valid driver's license / reliable vehicle required
- LPN License
- Required to provide criminal record check with vulnerable sector check and child registry

Pay: $30.00-$43.00 per hour
