The Patry Group of Companies is seeking an experienced, motivated Property Manager to lead the operations of one of our luxury residential communities in Nepean, Ontario.

About the Role
As the Property Manager, you will oversee the daily operations, leasing performance, and overall resident experience of a luxury apartment building. You will play a key role in maintaining the building’s high standards while leading on-site staff and ensuring smooth property operations.
This position requires a hands-on leader with strong organizational, communication, and customer service skills who can balance operations, resident satisfaction, and property performance.
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee the day-to-day operations of a luxury residential property
- Lead and manage on-site staff, including leasing and maintenance teams
- Ensure the property maintains exceptional cleanliness, presentation, and standards
- Deliver a five-star resident experience and respond professionally to resident needs
- Coordinate leasing efforts and maintain strong occupancy levels
- Conduct property inspections and ensure building standards are consistently upheld
- Work closely with maintenance teams to address building needs efficiently
- Manage resident communications and foster a strong community atmosphere
- Monitor operational performance and support the property's overall success
